Thank you

Thanks for hanging in there with me, friends of the blog, while I work through this blue funk I've been in. I got some nice emails since my last post and they really lifted my spirits. I honestly think it's the chronic pain I've been dealing with, but who knows. I want to count my blessings because it really could be worse... much worse. Sorry for being such a whiner.

This weekend I did some things to cheer up and relax. Scary movie night (girls only) at Angela's house with Anmaree, Amy, Michelle, and Ang was so fun! We watched Insidious and I think Angela and I probably bruised each others arms because we were clutching each other through the entire movie. It's a good thing we followed up with Bridesmaids or I don't think I would have slept all night. Lady friends of the blog, if you haven't watched Bridesmaids with a group of female friends, you are totally missing out! You really need to experience this!

I also did a lot of crafting over the weekend. Well, I crafted pretty much non-stop the entire week, and it bled into the weekend. Saturday night we went to dinner with Jared and Meridith, then retired to their house where the boys played Nazi zombies and the girls crafted. I've made a good dent in making my 2011 Christmas cards. I'd post a picture, but a lot of you get these cards, and I don't want to spoil the surprise! (By the way, if you're not on my Christmas card list but would like to be, send me an email and it will be done!)

Coming up this week... the Yellowcard concert! with the Lytles and Ryfighter! I can't wait. I'll try to remember to take pictures. I may be too busy screaming my head off and singing along, but I'll make an effort.
